How do I know if my order was successful?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email from us alongside your confirmed order number. If you do not receive this after placing an order, please get in touch.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit cards and credit cards (American Express (USD), Mastercard and Visa), Apple Pay, Paypal, Afterpay (Australia only), Thailand Online Banking (Thailand only), TrueMoney (Thailand only), PromptPay

(Thailand only), JCB (Japan only), GCash (Philippines only), ShopeePay (Malaysia only), Touch'n Go (Malaysia only), and Dana (Indonesia only).

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Postage is FREE to the UK! We use Royal Mail's Tracked 2nd Class Service. Please allow 2-5 days after your order has been dispatched for it to arrive.

We use Royal Mail's International Tracked Service for all overseas orders. Please allow up to 15 days after recieving your dispatch confirmation email for your order to arrive.

Gift wrapping & packaging

We do not offer gift wrapping. Phone cases are packaged in a bubble-protected envelope. Even though we do our best to protect your item for transport, damage can occur in transit.

Please let us know within 24 hours if your item has arrived damaged and we will do everything we can to rectify the issue.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. It will include a Royal Mail tracking reference.

Copy and Paste this reference into Royal Mail's parcel tracker. In some instances, tracking information may only be available in 2-4 business days after your order is dispatched.

Custom & personalised returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customised and personalised items that have been ordered incorrectly.

For example, if the customer has ordered an incorrect phone model and we have already processed it through, unless you are able to contact us within 24 hours of purchase, we will not be able to issue a refund and your order will continue as normal.

I would like to start a return

For non-personalised items, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at hello@crossbarcases.co.uk, along with your order number.
